Description
There are two street lamps going off intermittently. When they turn off, it creates a safety issue. Too many robberies in the neighborhood already. Please investigate this.
The street lamps are on the 3500 block of Lakeshore at Mandana. This has been ongoing for 2 months.

The pole ID number is a 5 digit number posted on a white strip on the street light pole. This information will help our crews identify the street light that needs repair.
