This house has two little chihuahuad tied up. They are always tied up no matter what. The animals were even chained up during Hurricane Harvey. They get wet everytime it rains. The girl feeds them.and thats all the interaction she has with them. One of them is even missing an eye so her eye is exposed to dirt. She originally had her eye and just out of nowhere her eyeball was missing.
