Fire hazard, road blockage and unsanitary dump site. Homeless camper at corner of Emery and MaxArthur is building an elaborate structure out of dry wooden pallets, has blocked off half the street with cones, and created a festering open dump site with rotting box springs, food containers, and human waste that is accumulating more trash every day. It's attracting vermin. The entire site is unsafe and needs to be relocated and remediated immediately.
