I have reported this issue to EMC. They indicated that the lights should be repaired within 5 to 7 business days. Please report back and let me know if the light does or does not get fixed so that I can either close this issue or recontact EMC.

Since it has been roughly two months since this outage was reported, I am going to close the issue. Please let me know if it has not been repaired and I will reopen it and notify EMC.
