Description
Lake Merritt path - almost every garbage can on this side of the lake has been overturned and contents scattered. Lots and lots of garbage, mostly from Glen Echo Creek to the Snow Park entry to the Lake path. The crazy guy who likely did it is currently throwing garbage around closer to the horticultural garden.
