Could you please address the traffic flow at the intersection of Linden Street at 42nd? East/West bound traffic on 42nd between Market and Adeline has no traffic stop or yield. There is both a public k-8 school, and a public park with structures for both toddlers and kids 5-12 years old at that location. Currently there is a yield for North bound Linden traffic at 42nd. The director of the public school NOCCS raised this safety issue.
