    A Counciller stopped in at the Pw office after observing an older lady trying to cross 2 ST W & 2 Ave W at the pedestrian/street lights. She was going from the strip mall to the 7-11. Counciller would like us to check the pedestrian lights to make sure they are working properly. Report given to PW Foreman
