Q. Please describe the traffic issue (i.e., speeding, traffic lights, etc.)
A. A "No Left Turn" sign added here, prohibiting traffic from turning left immediately upon exiting the rotary (briefly westbound on Elm); I agree. It is dangerous when drivers going "rotary fast" turn in front of drivers eastbound on Elm as they're about to enter the rotary. So maybe it needs a "NO LEFT ONTO FULTON" in words underneath? Or something else to make it clear what "the Left" is that is "No Left" Or maybe stronger pavement markings? Like yellow cross-hatching (or a painted solid median?) to show that this is a "no go"
