Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Once again, my recycling was supposed to be picked up on Monday 12/17. It is now Wednesday 12/19 at 5:30pm and it has not been picked up. This is the second report I've submitted (the last was closed by someone besides me). I pay my taxes so recycling can be picked up. This is getting ridiculous if the city is can not even keep itself organized enough to do the bare minimum for their citizens.
