I second an update... I just got elbowed by a CAR'S rear-view mirror because there wasn't enough room, I was on the sidewalk. Pregnant no less. This man's hedge is WAY over the sidewalk. If a petite woman can't walk it.. I can't imagine the average adult. Let alone someone disabled, or someone with a stroller and/or accompanied children. This is a hazard in the summer with clean sidewalks, snow maintenance is another issue. Please fix this, it's completely illegal to obstruct this much (or any part) of the sidewalk so permanently.

As frequent walkers of this sidewalk, would appreciate an update on this, appears to go back to 2016 and seems to me as though nothing has been done. There is a gentleman in this neighborhood who gets around via motorized wheelchair with his working dog. I have seen him have to cross over in order to get around, which is hazardous. Appreciate if someone could provide an update....not entirely sure if this is something that can be enforced, although if it is, would be great if people could safely walk on this sidewalk and not worry about being pushed into the street.

My experience so far has been that issues reported online are easily ignored. Your best bet is to repeated call the city until you get the desired response. According to the last action here, this is sitting on John Bavuso's lap:
