Description

This dumpster is regularly placed blocking the bike lane on northbound Mandela Pkwy just before 8th St. It also blocks sight lines between the roadway and the crosswalk, creating safety issues for both pedestrians and bike riders.

Please convert the last car parking space on the east side of Mandela before 8th St into a red curb to create a legal space for storing this dumpster away from the bike lane and not blocking sight lines. Please also add a "no parking" sign along this new red curb zone.
