Description

Observed man leaf blowing this pile from his property over the wall to the sidewalk, near to bus stop. That was 2:30pm on Wednesday. Gentleman obviously did not intend to rake it up for disposal, because here the pile sits, on 4:30pm the following day. Please address with homeowner, so that this issue does not persist, or become an ongoing problem every autumn. This sidewalk is used by school children, and forcing them into the street to bypass the pile is unsafe.
