Description

Broken water pipe next to Lake Merritt Channel pedestrian bridge in front of 1200 Lakeshore, water is spurting onto the sidewalk and a small waterfall is going over the embankment into the lake.
NOTE: there's a homeless guy camped in these bushes; yesterday he was taking a pickaxe to the slope from the walkway to the lake embankment, and this is probably his doing. He did not like having these pics taken.,
